The Majestic Marching Eagles frequently document rehearsals, performances, and events through photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, websites, flyers, press releases, and other official publications.

By signing this release, I hereby grant permission to the Majestic Marching Eagles, its representatives, employees, and authorized media outlets to:

1. Photograph, film, or record the above-named participant in connection with all band-related activities and events.

2. Use such photographs, videos, or recordings, with or without name, for any lawful promotional and educational purposes.

I understand and agree that:

● No royalty, fee, or compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

● The materials may be edited, copied, published, or distributed and may be used in both print and digital formats.

● This release is valid for the duration of participation with the Majestic Marching Eagles, unless revoked in writing.
